C2P Youth Center @ Washington Park

The C2P Youth Center @ Washington Park offers services to LGBTQ youth and youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We know systems are complicated. Individual support includes housing and basic needs referrals, identification replacement, and assistance applying for public benefits. Services include HIV and STI testing, treatment of STI symptoms, cold and flu care, and more. Join us for a snack, basic need supplies, and workshops. Meet with a resource advocate for a referral to talk about relationships, transitioning, family, depression, or self-care.
