Care2Prevent, in close partnership with Casa Esperanza, brings you yet another World AIDS Day commemoration.

Join us on Monday, December 1st at the Shine Bright Community Center at 8560 S Cottage Grove Ave from 10am-2pm for an afternoon of resources, food, a panel discussion and free HIV/STI testing.
