Care2Prevent’s newest group was created for young people between the ages of 14-20 who are living with HIV.
This group creates a sense of community for the younger generations by allowing them to realize that you are not alone in your diagnosis.
This group provides a fun, safe space for our youth and also to shares the tools to be able to look towards your futures outside the scope of HIV.
The group meets every fourth Friday in-person from 4:30pm-6:30pm. Parents/Guardians are welcome, but are not allowed in the youth room, and will be asked to meet in our parent lounge. For more information, call or text Jiorg at 312-598-6789.
