DESCRIPTION:Care2Prevent’s newest group was created for young people between the ages of 14-20 who are living with HIV. \nThis group creates a sense of community for the younger generations by allowing them to realize that you are not alone in your diagnosis. \nThis group provides a fun\, safe space for our youth and also to shares the tools to be able to look towards your futures outside the scope of HIV. \nThe group meets every fourth Friday in-person from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
