SUMMARY:Pediatric Health Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Our Pediatric Health clinic offers HIV treatment and PrEP services for HIV prevention as well as access to behavioral health and other resources. The youth clinic serves those living with HIV from birth to 24 years of age. \nThe Pediatric Health clinic hours are 5:00-7:30pm on Wednesday evenings. We are continuing to schedule in-person appointments at this time and are offering tele-visits if needed. Reach out to your care team to schedule an appointment at 773-702- 6970.

DESCRIPTION:Rose Petals is back up! We had an unexpected COVID break but we’re back up and running now. \nRose Petals is C2P’s bi-weekly women’s support group. This is a confidential group for women to learn how to cope with life and how to advocate for one another. Most weeks have a specific theme. We are currently running Rose Petals virtually over Zoom. If you have questions or would like to join\, please contact Elaine at 872-216-9401. \nThe Outreach and Prevention team joins us every third Tuesday with a workshop on living positive\, communications\, STIs\, budgeting and other life skills. \n
