DESCRIPTION:Care2Prevent’s newest group was created for young people between the ages of 14-20 who are living with HIV. \nThis group creates a sense of community for the younger generations by allowing them to realize that you are not alone in your diagnosis. \nThis group provides a fun\, safe space for our youth and also to shares the tools to be able to look towards your futures outside the scope of HIV. \nThe group meets every fourth Friday in-person from 4:30pm-6:30pm. SUMMARY:2025 Pediatric Health Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Our Pediatric Health clinic offers HIV treatment and PrEP services for HIV prevention as well as access to behavioral health and other resources. The youth clinic serves those living with HIV from birth to 24 years of age. Clinic takes place at the Friend Health Center at 6250 S Cottage Grove\, with the entrance being around the corner on Evans St. \nThe Pediatric Health clinic hours are 5:00-7:30pm on Wednesday evenings.
