Behavioral Health Counseling

Who are we?

We offer outpatient mental health services to LGBTQ and HIV+ youth and adults. We provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy that is FREE to our clients. Our primary goals are your safety, wellness, and helping you achieve the goals you have for your life. Our team of dedicated therapists includes doctoral and master’s level licensed clinicians as well as social work interns. We are committed to helping individuals manage mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, and substance use. Additionally we offer a place where clients can discuss their life freely and confidentially. Although we do not prescribe psychiatric medications in our clinic, our staff can refer clients to specialists for psychiatric medications.

How can therapy help me?

  1. Learn new skills to manage emotions and thoughts
  2. Talk about and work through painful past experiences
  3. Find out what you care about and make a plan to accomplish goals you have for yourself
  4. Understand who you are in relationships and learn new ways to interact
  5. Discuss difficult feelings like hopelessness, helplessness, anger, and anxiety
  6. Change behaviors or ways
of doing things to better your health and wellness

We Value Diversity:

We are sensitive to important aspects of your identity, including LGBTQ identities, HIV status, and experiences faced by youths of color.
